Fish and Chips

Traditional Fish and Chips, GNL style!
130g / 1 cup all-purpose flour
130g / ½ cup milk
130g / ½ cup water
60g / ¼ cup baking powder
60g / ¼ cup Great Northern Larder "Fish" Seasoning
6g / 1 teaspoon salt
Whisk together the flour, milk, water, baking powder, spice rub, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Coat the fish and deep or shallow fry as usual. Dip your chips in GNL Tomato Ketchup.
This batter recipe is on another level - it really is superb. Every time we make it we end up looking around the kitchen for something else to fry. Which reminds me, I haven't seen the dog in a while....
