Steak
The biggest myth in cooking is that steak only needs salt. It is simply not true, except maybe for a Wagyu or Kobe where the mouth feel is almost as important as the flavour. For grass fed steak you need a rub that accentuates and facilitates the flavours. Salt is critical, but a little heat helps open your tastebuds and bring on the subtlety of the beef. Pepper and/or garlic is the obvious choice but chilli, mustard, horse radish, and onion are all contenders. Personally, I don't like sauce on steak (use butter) but any of our beef sauces will work well.
