Pork - Dry Rub for Pork Butt, Belly, and Baby Backs

Make your pork taste amazing with a little sweetness from raw cane sugar and a little heat and lots of colour from Spanish oak smoked paprika. You are guaranteed a great flavour and an amazing bark. Add your own salt to taste.

Sprinkle generously on pork butt (shoulder) or neck and cook low and slow. Beware of high temps as the sugar will burn. For pulled pork serve with a Great Northern Larder barbeque sauce (we recommend Rum).

This rub is also a surefire way to get your kids or your significant other to eat their veggies. Sprinkle it on butternut squash, carrots or potatoes before roasting. Or try using it in any stirfry. Great for any veggies that love a little bit of sweetness and paprika to brighten them.
