With its delicate, earthy flavour, Great Northern Larder dry rub for fish is the perfect seasoning for white fish – simply mix with flour and salt and use as a batter or coating. Shallow or deep fry.

Or mix with breadcrumbs for oven baked fish.

Or just add salt as a rub for barbeque or grilled fish.

The World's Best Fish Batter Recipe

130g / 1 cup all-purpose flour
130g / ½ cup milk
130g / ½ cup water
60g / ¼ cup baking powder
60g / ¼ cup Great Northern Larder "Fish" Seasoning
6g / 1 teaspoon salt

Whisk together the flour, milk, water, baking powder, spice rub, and salt in a bowl until smooth. Coat the fish and deep or shallow fry as usual.
